| The award is valid only for the date and name printed on the certificate. | |
Each award certificate is valid for the number of nights, room type, and the hotel indicated on the certificate.

| Once requested, changes to the dates, hotel user name and room type are not allowed. Changing to a different award is not permitted. |

| Refunds must be requested at least 14 days prior to the check-in date with applicable fee and original certificate. | |

Please call the JMB Center for hotel award reservations. Reservaions can only be accepted for check-in dates from 14 days to 6 months after the date you make your reservation. (Due to our contract agreement, there are some cases in which we may not be able to accept reservations 6 months in advance.).
