Each award certificate may be exchanged for all tour packages, hotel stays and gifts, offered by JALPAK International. (Excludes air tickets, car rentals, cruise, gift certificates and some other items.)

Once mileage is redeemed, exchanging awards and mileage/cash refunds are not permitted regardless of whether or not you have received the JALPAK International Gift Certificate or used them. |

Discontinuation of JALPAK International Gift Certificate Award
The JALPAK International Gift Certificate award will be available to redeem through the JMB Program until March 31, 2009.* On/after April 1, 2009, this award will no longer be available. Awards redeemed prior to April 1, 2009, will continue to be valid for the full 6 month period. The new "JALUX Americas Gift Award" will become available effective April 1, 2009.
* Request via JAL's website will terminate as of March 30, 2009 22:00 Pacific time.
