Redeeming Mileage JALPAK International Gift Certificate Awards

Eligible Purchases
You may redeem accumulated mileage for award certificates exchangeable through JALPAK International. Each award certificate may be exchanged for all tour packages, hotel stays and gifts, offered by JALPAK International. (Excludes air tickets, car rentals, cruise, gift certificates and some other items.)

Required Mileage
JALPAK International Gift Certificates, valued at US$250 (5 US$50 Gift Certificates) 25,000 miles
JALPAK International Gift Certificates, valued at US$500 (5 US$100 Gift Certificates) 40,000 miles
  • * No change in either cash or mileage will be given if the value of the tour package or gift you select is less than the face value of the certificates. If the value of the tour package or gift you select exceeds face value of the certificates, you must pay the difference.

validity
The award certificate is valid for six (6) months from the date mileage is deducted (the date the award is issued).

Changes to JALPAK International Gift Certificate Awards
JALPAK International Gift Certificate Awards are not refundable
Once mileage is redeemed, exchanging awards and mileage/cash refunds are not permitted regardless of whether or not you have received the JALPAK International Gift Certificate or used them.
