Your family's "Primary Member" can be anyone 12 years of age or older who resides in North America (including Hawaii, but excluding Guam and Saipan as they are included in the Asia/Oseania Region), Central or South America. |

Other persons in your "Family" are considered "Family Members." See the chart which indicates the persons eligible to become part of your "Family." |

There are no restrictions on place of residence, age or number of "Family Members." |

Relatives not covered by this definition of "Family," such as brothers and sisters, may not join as part of your "Family" even if they live with you. |

All JAL correspondence pertaining to the JAL Family Club will be mailed only to the Primary Member's registered residence or place of employment.
*You may not use an address of a Family Member or the address of a travel agency for JAL Family Club correspondence. |

Only one membership number is issued to each member and remains viable even if member moves from one region to another. |

The membership fee is US $30 per family irrespective of country of residence or number of members in your Family. |

The membership fee may be paid by Primary/Family member's credit card of with Primary/Family member's U.S. dollar check or money order. |

Membership is valid for one year after membership registration. |

If paying the annual fee with check or money order:
JAL Famly Club will mail you a "Membership Renewal Form" two months before your membership expires. Please renew your membership by mailing annual fee with the form. |

If paying the annual fee with credit card:
Your membership will be renewed automatically and the membership fee will be charged to your registered credit card. If you do not wish to renew your membership or need to change your registered credit card information such as expiration dates, please contact JAL Family Club Desk before the month in which your membership expires. Please note that "Membership Renewal Form" will not be mailed to you. |

Membership will cease to be valid if it is not renewed before the expiration date or you apply for withdrawal from JAL Family Club. Member's mileage will be transferred to individual JAL Mileage Bank accounts and will not be valid for special JAL Family Club benefits. |

If all members of your "Family" move to Japan, your JAL Family Club membership will cease to be valid. |

After moving to Japan, please notify the JAL Family Club administrative office in Japan (03-5460-3999). We will be happy to help you with the necessary arrangements. |

You receive mileage credit when you fly JAL or other partner airlines, stay at participating hotels, use participating credit cards, as well as when you take advantage of special offers extended by JAL Family Club or participating service providers. |

To receive mileage credit, you must provide your membership number, present the membership card, or follow the necessary procedures. Mileage will be credited to member's individual accounts. |

JAL Family Club Primary and Family Members may pool their mileage to redeem an award. |
"Family Pooling" is one of the most rewarding features of the JAL Family Club program. With Family Pooling, your entire family can combine mileage to receive the rewards you want as fast as possible.

No matter where your Family Members live, you can pool the mileage they earn to redeem awards. |

Be sure to tell us if a Family Member moves or a new member joins.
If a new member joins your "Family" or your Primary Member moves, fill out the "Membership Withdrawal/Enrollment Notification" form or "Change of Primary Member Account Information" form, and send/fax the form to the JAL Family Club Desk. |

Your "Primary Member" represents your Family.
All correspondence regarding your "Family's" mileage credit, and other information, will be mailed to the Primary Member's address. To add or revise mileage credits, or to request awards, the Primary Member will act as the representative of a "Family". |
