JAL Family Club membership privileges cease upon arrival in Japan and your JAL Family Club membership is automatically changed to JAL Mileage Bank membership (no membership fee). The membership number remains the same.
JAL Family Club annual membership fee shall not be refunded. |

Once residence is established, please notify JAL Family Club administrative office in Japan (03-5460-3999). When membership fee is paid by credit card, please note that the annual membership fee will be charged automatically if you do not notify JAL Family Club administrative office in Japan. |

The accumulated mileage, KININ*3 Flight Bonus Mileage, moving mileage, etc. will be transferred to each member's Japan region JMB account upon your notification to JAL Family Club administrative office in Japan. |

If only the original Primary Member relocates to Japan, you must designate one of your Family Members as the new Primary Member. The Primary Member must reside within the American region and be at least 12 years of age. Complete the "CHANGE OF PRIMARY MEMBER NOTIFICATION" form, and mail or fax to JAL Family Club Desk. The original Primary Member may continue to participate in JAL Family Club as a Family Member after relocating. |

The family membership fee payment will remain valid through its normal expiration date. Family Members are limited to the spouse, parents, and children and their spouses, of the newly designated Primary Member. |
