• Member: JAL Family Club Members (JALFC membership must be effective on the flight date.)
• Flights: JAL Group International flights and codeshare flights*.
  * Codeshare flights operated by partner airlines are eligible only when booked and ticketed as a JAL flight.

How To Apply For Mileage Credit

After arriving in Japan, please contact the JAL Family Club offices at 03-5460-3999 to request an application form. Please note that applications must be submitted within 6 months of the flight.
JAL Family Club will process the application and credit bonus miles to eligible members upon verification of JALFC membership status and the flights boarded.
