How To Receive Bonus Miles
- When applying for JALFC membership, the new JALFC Primary member must enter the name and JALFC membership number of the friend who referred them in the "Code" or "Campaign Code" column using the following format:
REFER/123456789/AOZORA/TARBITO (REFER/JALFC Membership Number/Last Name/First Name)
- Bonus miles will be credited to the JALFC Primary member who makes the referral once the new member has completed the JALFC enrollment process.
- * The new JALFC member must enroll by March 31, 2009.
- * Referrals made by JALFC Primary members will be eligible for this campaign.
- * This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
