How to accumulate mileage

• •JAL Family Club or JMB member who resides in the U.S. (including Hawaii) or Canada and newly subscribed by 03/31/2014 will receive miles.
  * Miles can not be combined with any other rebate or discount.
• •Please provide your JAL Family Club or JMB membership number in the application form below to receive miles.
• •Application must be completed within 2 months after subscription.
• •Miles will be credited in your JMB account in approximately 2 to 3 months after the application is received.
