- Online reservations which are not purchased at the conclusion of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that upon completing a reservation online, reservations can be cancelled without penalty if requested within a 24 hour time period. - A valid e-mail address and valid credit card with a U.S. or Canada billing address are required. Applicable cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover.
- The credit card holder must be a traveler in the itinerary being purchased.
- The credit card used to pay for tickets purchased through www.ar.jal.com must be presented by the card holder at check-in.
- Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through www.ar.jal.com.
- Online ticket purchases can be made up to 48 hours before departure.
- All transactions will be made in U.S. dollars.
For credit cards issued in Canada, please be aware that foreign transaction fees may be applied by your credit card company on new reservations, as well as on refund/cancellation requests. - Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher. Refunding a ticket that contains more than two fare bases requires refund service charges or cancellation penalties for each fare basis.
- Due to U.S. regulation, itineraries between U.S. mainland/Hawaii and Guam/Saipan via Japan
(and vice versa) must contain one or more international section(s) operated(*) by U.S. carriers.
(*)U.S. carrier flights marketed by Japan Airlines are not included. - Aircraft Disinsection Requirements
