Important Notice Regarding Booking Online at www.ar.jal.com
Reservations which are not purchased at the conclusion of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
A valid e-mail address and valid credit card with a U.S. or Canada billing address are required. Applicable cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover.
The credit card holder must be a traveler in the itinerary being purchased.
The credit card used to pay for tickets purchased through www.ar.jal.com must be presented by the card holder at check-in.
Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through www.ar.jal.com.
Online ticket purchases can be made:
- Up to 48 hours before departure for e-ticket applicable itineraries.
- Up to 5 days before departure for itineraries requiring a paper ticket.
All charges will be in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
Refunding a ticket that contains more than two fare bases requires refund service charges or cancellation penalties for each fare basis.
Due to U.S. regulation, itineraries between "U.S. mainland/Hawaii" and Guam (and vice versa) on non-U.S. carriers including JAL Group flights are not permitted.
