In support of the Japanese government's "Visit Japan Campaign," Japan Airlines is now offering overseas travelers a special discount fare on flights within Japan called the oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare. This oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare allows travelers to fly within Japan for a mere JPY10,000, or USD100, per sector (minimum one sector/ maximum 5 sectors. USD1=JPY100), excluding applicable taxes and surcharges. These special fares, which are up to 80% off the regular unrestricted normal fares, are available for use between the 42 cities nationwide served by JAL, JAL Express (JEX) and Japan TransOcean Air (JTA). |

| To take advantage of this special fare, travelers must simply reside outside Japan and purchase the oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare prior to travel in conjunction with their oneworld carriers' international ticket to/from Japan. This special fare is not available for purchase in Japan. Whether traveling to Japan on JAL or another airline, travelers can fly to all 42 cities in Japan served by JAL, JEX and JTA for JPY13,000 per sector (minimum two sectors/ maximum five sectors), excluding applicable taxes. A key difference between the ''Welcome to Japan Fare'' and the oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare, is that travelers using the original ''Welcome to Japan Fare'' can use JAL or any other airline serving Japan for their international flights to and from Japan, whereas the lower priced oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare is available only to travelers using the oneworld carriers' flights to and from Japan. |

Both the oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare and "Welcome to Japan Fare" are valid for two months from the departures date of the first domestic sector and the first sector must be confirmed before departure of international sector. Each Japan domestic travel must commence before March 31, 2009. Travel is not permitted 7/18/08 - 8/31/08, 12/8/08 - 1/4/09, and 3/6/09 - 3/31/09 for Welcome to Japan Fare and 8/8/08 - 8/18/08 and 12/20/08 - 1/4/09 for oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare.
