| ■仕事内容： |
邦人企業セール担当として、旅客営業販売―既存及び新規開拓―に携わって頂きます。設定された営業収入目標達成に向けて当社商品知識を十分に持って頂き、地域のマーケティング・担当市場分析を行い、お客様のニーズをいち早く察知し、お客様にベストな旅行プランを立案し、販売を行って頂きます。又、重要クライアントのお世話や新規市場開拓にも積極的に取り組んで頂きます。 |

| Job Description |
|
Basic Purpose
Generates passenger traffic for Japan Airlines (JAL) to achieve sales target through contact with key decision makers at Japanese corporations. |
|
| Principle Accountabilities |
| 1. |
Achieves sales quotas from assigned customer accounts from within assigned territory. |
| 2. |
Analyzes, forecasts, and develops all sources of passenger revenue, and plans sales activities to maximize the revenue results within assigned sales territory and/or customer accounts in accordance with guidelines provided by Director, Passenger Sales and JAL’s sales policies. |
| 3. |
Provides personal service to key customers and accounts and take an active role in providing best travel plans. Keeps in close contact with and provides information to inside Sales staff to achieve customer satisfaction. |

| Specific Qualification |
|
Experience
Outside passenger sales experience in the Airline industry or travel industry is required. |
|
Education
Bachelor degree required. |
|
|
| Job Requirements |
|
Strong negotiation/sales skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
Local travel maybe required
May be required to obtain a valid driver's license
Computer Literacy with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel |
