First Class / Executive Class (2 Pieces)
Each piece must not weigh more than 70lbs. The total linear dimensions for each piece of baggage shall not exceed 62in. (L+H+W)
Excess Baggage Charge (3rd Piece)
A single excess baggage charge applies to each piece of checked baggage that exceeds the free baggage allowance.
Premium Economy / Economy Class (2 Pieces)
Each piece must not weigh more than 50lbs. The total linear dimensions for each piece of baggage shall not exceed 62 in. (L+W+H) Also, the sum of the linear dimensions of the two pieces must not exceed 107 in.
Excess Baggage Charge (3rd Piece)
A single excess baggage charge applies to each piece of checked baggage that exceeds the free baggage allowance. Additionally, an extra charge of JPY 5,000 or USD 50.00 will be applied if the extra baggage exceeds 50 lbs. (Under 70 lbs.)

To view an existing reservation, please access www.ar.jal.com. (Note: Waitlisted flights cannot be viewed through the website. Other restrictions may also apply.)
When you access our website, click on " View My Reservations" and enter the required information.
For JMB Members:
Enter your membership number and PIN code to access your reservation.
For non-JMB Members:
Enter your Reservation number and flight information to access your itinerary. You must enter your full name as stated on your reservation.

Pets traveling on Japan Airlines will be accommodated in the cargo compartment. The environment in the cargo compartment of the aircraft is controlled in the same manner as the passenger cabin. Please be assured that the ventilation system ensures that the air is well circulated and maintains the same temperature throughout the flight. Passengers who wish to travel with their pet should contact Japan Airlines when your reservation date is confirmed. Advanced notification is required. *Pet charges apply.

| 7. | I registered my JMB membership number on my last flight, but I do not see any mileage reflected into my account. How many days does it take to accrue mileage? |

For JAL Domestic flights, automatic mileage accrual may take 2-3 days upon completion of travel.
For JAL International flights, automatic mileage accrual may take 4-5 days upon completion of travel.
For JMB Partner airlines, automatic mileage accrual may take 2-4 weeks upon completion of travel.

| 8. | How can I automatically accrue mileage on my flights? |
|
At the time of making your reservation, do not forget to register your JMB membership number. Also, we highly recommend members to keep their original boarding pass and receipt until mileage accumulation has been confirmed.
Note: The name on your reservation/E-Ticket must be identical as indicated on your passport and JMB account.

| 9. | I recently took a flight, but do not see any mileage accrued. How can I claim those miles? |
|
If you were unable to take the necessary steps to accumulate mileage before your flight, or if you find any type of discrepancy, you may request post-flight credit by sending the following documents to the JAL Mileage Bank Center. Post-flight credit will be accepted if the request is made within 6 months of the eligible flight.
1) Copy of your airline ticket or e-ticket receipt
2) Original boarding passes along with your JMB membership number

In order to request an award ticket on Japan Airlines with AAdvantage or another partner carrier's program miles, members must contact American Airlines (AA) or the respective carrier to create a reservation. Additionally, members must contact their primary program to make any changes to an itinerary throughout the trip.
