NTT East Free Wi-Fi Use in Eastern Japan

Passengers flying JAL to Japan can apply free login ID and password to enjoy free Wi-Fi connection at a wide range of NTT East’s Wi-Fi hotspots (public wireless LAN) for 14 days (336 hours).

Where to use

Eastern Japan
(Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, Nagano and Niigata)
*Not avaiable in western Japan, including Kyoto and Osaka.

Who can apply

Passengers travelling to Japan on JAL flights.
*This service is for tourists visiting Japan only, not eligible for residents in Japan.
*Only one "free Wi-Fi ID and password" is issued to each booking record.

How to apply

Step.01

If you purchased ticket on JAL website

Click the NTT EAST Free Wi-Fi banner on the Confirmation page.

If you have a booking of JAL flight

Click "View My Reservations and Print e-ticket itinerary/receipt" button on top page and login to view your reservation.
Click the NTT EAST Free Wi-Fi banner on the Reservation Confirmation page.

Step.02

Input flight information

Please input your flight information.

Please read Notices about Use of FREE Wi-Fi, check "Agree" box to confirm your agreement, and click "Next" button.

Step.03

Confirm details and issue ID and password

Please check your flight information and click "Issue" button.

Step.04

Completed

Your FREE Wi-Fi ID and Password is issued.
Please click "Print" button to print out the ID/Password and keep it with you.

Please click "Quit" button to exit.

How to connect

1Configure the SSID setting of your device for a connection to
0000FLETS-PORTAL.

2Tap "Wi-Fi"

3Tap "Visitors".

4Tap "English".

5Check Notices.

6Enter a checkmark and tap "Login".

7Enter the ID and PASS provided, as well as your own e-mail address, then tap "Login" to start the service. The "Login Succeeded" message confirms that the login procedure has been successful.
