Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls

Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls
Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls
Spring water from Fujisan flows down at Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls, as wide as about 200 meters, where Hasegawa Kakugyo, said to be the founder of Fuji-ko, did ascetic training from the late 16th to early 17th centuries, and it is still a place for pilgrimage and ascetic training for Fuji-ko adherents and other people. The hundreds of small and large waterfalls falling from a curved cliff 200 meters wide and 20 meters high look like silk strands falling from above.
